About Us

Dale Woods Sr. has been pulling since he was 14 years old. He started out pulling with a Farmall M tractor and then moved on to a 656 International. He then moved on to a modified tractor known as the Eliminiator. The Eliminator had two 440 Chrysler engines, was point champion for many years in four different classes. These classes were the 5,000 lb class,  the 6,000 lb open, 7,000 lb class and the 9,000 lb class, for many years. He did mud racing for two years in the 90's and then came back out with a single engine modified known as the Wild Child. The Wild Child had a 540 cubic inch motor. By this time, His oldest boy Dale Jr. was 14 years old started pulling. First time Dale Jr. drove was in Boomville, NY. Within 3 years they came out with the 3 engine modified tractor known as the Wild Child 3. By that time his youngest son Jesse Woods started pulling. Jesse's first pull was in Plattsburg NY and Dale Jr's first time pulling was in Norwood NY, In these places they both drove the Wild Child 3 for the first time. From there on they all shared pulling the Wild Child 3. Also shared championships in the APA and they started pulling in the ASTTQ in Quebec with the twin engine modified. They Placed 2nd and 3rd in points. They also pulled in the NTPA in Hyacinthe Quebec with the 3 engine modified in 2002 in Essex Junction. Twisted the axle  and laid it on its side there. 2003, came out with a 1923 T-Bucket with a 540 supercharged engine known as the Bone Shaker. Also a mini mod known as Bustin' Loose with a 400 cubic inch small block. In 2005 they sold the Wild Child 3, Dale has been pulling the Bone Shaker and Dale Jr has been pulling with the mini mod up to 2007. In 2008, Dale Sr. came out with the new season with a 4wd pulling truck known as the Intimidator. Dales wife Tina used to pull farm tractors and also pulled with the 2wd one time. She is planning to pull the 4wd.
